    I really relate to this. Social Anxiety Disorder can be so isolating it feels like your own mind turns against you in every interaction. People don’t always realize how serious it can get; sometimes it even feels like anxiety as a disability, because it limits so much of daily life. It takes a lot of patience and self-compassion to heal, but it does get better with time and the right support.

Once her husband rejected her, she had to pick herself up, build her life and gain confidence as a NHS worker.  EARLY LIFE Rubina was born and brought up in Islington, London.
